They’re getting the band back together- the Jonas Brothers paid a visit to Rockefeller Center for a very special announcement on “Today.”
During their interview, Joe, Nick, and Kevin shared that not only are they doing a one-off gig in NYC in October, but they’re also working on a fifth studio album.
Joe declared, “We are back in the studio for the first time in about three years. And also we’re performing together for the first time in a long time on October 11th at Radio City Music Hall.”
“It’s the first [concert] of many to come,” added Nick. “I think the timing was right [for a reunion] because we fulfilled things we wanted to do on our own and came back together. And we have some amazing fans who support us… and it felt like the right time in our lives as well.”
Nick also explained, “I think it’s a good step for us. We’re kind of right in the heart of it right now… The music is a combination of what we did in the past and a step forward. We’re inspired by different things and we’re trying to continue to be progressive.”
