Celebrating Cinco de Mayo as a family, the trio looked perfect for a day in the rays as the "X-Men: Last Stand" actress sported distressed boyfriend jeans with her natural curly hair, while her 4-year-old cutie played with a friend in khaki pants and a cute floral-print top.
Although the Academy award-winning beauty seemed to be having a great day out with the French actor, there's still trouble brewing with her daughter's father, Gabriel Aubry.
In a report put out by TMZ earlier this week, Aubry is asking a Los Angeles judge to grant him $20,000 a month in child support and more than half a million dollars in attorney’s fees.
The model was in court on Thursday (May 3) to argue his case, but the judge continued the date after paperwork was filled out incorrectly. A source says that Aubry believes he is entitled to the money so he can care for Nahla in a proper environment.
